CP-2126 Small Block Chevy V8 Engine Mounting Kit for 1941-1948 Mercury

This kit includes:

• Bolt on frame adapters
• Chassis Engineering engine side mounts
• Bolt cushion set
• Hardware
• Instructions

Engine mounts fit:

• Chevy V8, 1958-up : 283, 302, 307, 327, 350, 400 CI Small Block
• Chevy V6 with the distributor at rear

Installation Instructions for CP-2126 Chevy Small Block V8 Engine Swap Kit for 1941-1948 Mercury Car with Cross Steering

Note: for cross-steering use Chevy LH manifold (center dump lean back)

1. Remove original frame mounts (engine) from front crossmember.

2. Place frame adapters around frame and clamp into position shown below. Make sure adapters are straight and level.

3. Drill bolt holes in frame to 3/8″. Install and tighten.

4. Bolt offset engine mount to left side of engine and standard mount to the right side.

Install cushion set
